How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped within 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been dispatched. In periods of high demand there may be a slight delay.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all orders.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are unable to provide shipping outside of the UK.

What paper do you use?
We print on exquisite 240gsm matt paper providing outstanding contrasts and pin sharp reproductions. It's wide colour gamut and matt coating ensures vibrant colours and a high quality finish. We pride ourselves on our industry leading print and paper quality.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We have a range of gift cards that cover all product option, view our gift cards page here.

Can I have more than one pet in my artwork?
Yes! We can include up to three pets per artwork, just select our three-pet portrait option.

Do you provide framing?
Yes! Check out our framed portraits

What if I don’t have a dog?
No dog? No worries! We can create artworks for all types of pets. The possibilities are endless!

Can I email you a photo instead?
If you are having trouble with the upload form please email us directly at info@paintmypooch.co.uk with your preferred photo and we should be able to sort something out.

What if I’m not happy with my order?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we’ll do our best to make it right! Please contact our support team at info@paintmypooch.co.uk

What is your refund policy?
If you change your mind before our design team has started on your order a refund may be granted at our discretion. We do not offer returns or refunds on printing as each portrait is personalised specifically for your pet. Our full refund policy is available here
