I was able to communicate with the design team along the way, to make adjustments to achieve the finished portrait.
On delivery of the framed portrait, I found there was a problem with some wrinkling of the paper inside the frame, but this was quickly rectified by the team, with another portrait being sent to me promptly.

I had the portrait done for my wife's 50th birthday present, we all absolutely love it. I was unsure about the original photo resolution so I emailed Paint My Pooch to ask, and got a quick, friendly and positive reply back.
I paid for the design proof and loved the first one I saw, no edits were necessary. The artist who did it made a great job of the 'splash' effect background using just the right colour palette - typical of our doggie splashing through any available mud and puddles!
The picture arrived in about 7 days from ordering.
I highly recommend getting one of these done, they really are worth every penny.
